A Ready Hands manager is accessible by phone 24 hours a day for any problems. We keep in touch often, to be sure our services are meeting your expectations. In addition, family caregivers want to be sure their loved one is faring well in their absence, and to give guidance and feedback to home care personnel. We leave progress folders in each home for this purpose.

Flexibility

Needs change from time to time. We do everything we can to accommodate changes in scheduled times of service. We are also happy to modify the types of assistance we provide to your loved one, whenever you require it.
