Not Just An "Agency" |
| We
don't just "place" independent home care personnel
with clients for a fee. Our Home Care Aides are W-2 employees,
not independent contractors. That's an important difference
from many other companies, who designate their staff as
independent contractors to avoid paying payroll taxes.
The IRS says that employers can direct only the result
of the work done by independent contractors, not the means
and methods of accomplishing the result. At Ready Hands,
the "means and methods" are important to us.
We want to monitor performance and supervise our staff,
so that your needs and expectations are met. |

Our People
We’re proud of the great employees who
work for Ready Hands as Home Care Aides. They are friendly, courteous
and reliable, and they enjoy helping others.
We don't
try to teach these qualities--we hire for them. That's one reason
why Ready Hands only offers employment to a fraction of the many
applicants who contact us.
Our hiring process starts with completion of a
detailed application. We then carefully interview suitable applicants,
probing for the character and personality traits necessary for top
quality service.
And that's just the beginning... |
